Deniza Derdovski
Miami Elite Music is owned and led by master pianist, composer, and four-time Top Steinway Teacher, Deniza Dërdovski, who personally oversees and mentors every member of our teaching team. Her artistic excellence, educational vision, and commitment to the highest standards of instruction shape the heart of our academy. Founded in 2019, Miami Elite Music has guided hundreds of students in achieving their individual goals, from competitions and advanced musical studies to developing music as a lifelong source of joy, confidence, and personal growth.

Enkeleda
Enkeleda is an educator with a strong background in working with young children and a deep passion for early childhood music education. She is currently completing her Doctorate in Education, bringing a research-informed perspective to everything she does in the classroom. Her work specializes in early learning music classes designed to introduce foundational musical concepts in ways that are both fun and developmentally meaningful. Enkeleda believes that the earliest years of a child's life are the most critical window for building a lasting relationship with music and learning.
Her classes use age-appropriate activities to support cognitive, emotional, and creative development, nurturing a love for music from the very first years of life. Enkeleda's approach blends structure with play, creating a warm and supportive environment where children feel safe to explore and express themselves. Through movement, rhythm, and song, her students build confidence, develop focus, and discover the joy of making music together. She is committed to making every session an experience that children look forward to and families cherish.
Degnis
Degnis is widely celebrated as one of the most talented and dynamic drummers in the community, known for his exceptional musicianship, electrifying performances, and genuine passion for his craft. He has built a strong and well-earned reputation both on stage and behind the scenes, connecting with audiences through the power of rhythm and presence. His natural ability to command a room, whether performing at a major event or working one-on-one with a student, sets him apart as both an artist and an educator. Degnis brings the same energy and dedication to everything he does, making him a beloved figure in the local music scene.
Beyond the stage, Degnis is a committed and inspiring instructor who works with students of all ages, from young beginners discovering drums for the first time to adults looking to sharpen their skills. He has a remarkable ability to adapt his teaching style to fit each individual's needs, ensuring that every student feels encouraged, challenged, and supported throughout their journey. His engaging approach makes lessons both enjoyable and productive, helping students build real confidence alongside technical skill. Whether performing or teaching, Degnis continues to leave a lasting impact on his community through the universal language of music.
Roxana
Roxana is a pianist and musicologist with over 12 years of experience teaching music to students of all ages and backgrounds. She holds a Master's Degree in Musicology from UNAM in Mexico City and a Bachelor's Degree in Piano from the National School of Arts in Havana, complemented by a Clinical and Psychosocial Music Therapy Diploma earned in 2023. This rich academic foundation allows her to bring together music education, music therapy, and holistic wellbeing in a way that is both deeply informed and genuinely human. Roxana is especially dedicated to early childhood, where she designs musical journeys that nurture curiosity, connection, and emotional expression from the very first years of life.
With a warm and joyful approach, Roxana guides children and families through early musical stimulation, piano initiation, and programs that integrate body, voice, rhythm, and emotion. Her sessions create a safe and uplifting space where music becomes a language for growth — supporting development, strengthening family bonds, and helping children thrive. She is passionate about making learning feel playful, meaningful, and inspiring for every child and caregiver who walks through her door. Whether working one-on-one or in a group setting, Roxana's presence brings both artistry and heart to every musical experience she creates.
Andrew
Andrew is an Assistant Principal Artist with Florida Grand Opera and an accomplished music educator specializing in piano and percussion, with over eight years of teaching experience across four countries. He has worked with students of all ages, from young children to adults, in California, Switzerland, France, and Russia, bringing a truly international perspective to his teaching practice. His students regularly perform and earn prizes at prestigious competitions and concerts around the world, a testament to both their dedication and his exceptional instruction. Andrew has also served in leadership roles, including Director of the Music Program at the Lycée Français of San Francisco, where he shaped the musical development of an entire school community.
Andrew holds Master's degrees from both the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and the renowned Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory, two of the world's most prestigious institutions. Following his graduation, he won a competitive audition and joined the Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra as an artist of the highest category, a position he held for four years. During that time, he delivered over 119 public performances in a single season and toured extensively throughout England, Germany, Japan, Korea, China, and across Russia. Today, Andrew channels that world-class performance experience into his teaching, offering students a rare combination of technical mastery, artistic depth, and international insight.
